Shipping Policy

How does my order ship?

Based on the delivery schedule you select, your order is shipped within the United States using one of our preferred carriers. Currently, international shipments are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, DHL, or USPS.

When will I receive my order?

If your order is placed before 12:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to ship your order that same business day.  The warehouse team is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?

Yes. You can create a "Ship To" address other than your Profile address when you get to the checkout page. You do not have to add a "Ship To" address to your profile.
